A breakfast chain, a large gym and a child care center have each registered Anna building plans in the past week, according to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation's project database.

None of the three companies has announced an Anna opening. The registrations, each of which names a registered accessibility specialist for the project, list the address, size, estimated cost and planned construction dates for each project. Those dates are estimates and can change.

EoS Fitness, $6.4 million

The largest is a 42,483-square-foot EoS Fitness gym planned at the northwest corner of North Buddy Hayes Boulevard and Rosamond Parkway. Registered Oct. 2, the new building carries an estimated cost of $6,372,450. The filing lists construction from Dec. 17, 2026, to Dec. 17, 2027.

The owner is BVE Anna NEC SPE LLC, with an address in Florida, N.Y., and the architect is James E. Stroh, Architect, Inc. of Las Vegas.

First Watch

The same owner filed plans Thursday, Oct. 8, for a First Watch restaurant at U.S. 75 and County Road 368. The project is a first-generation finish-out of 3,650 square feet inside an existing shell building for a full-service restaurant, with new interior finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, plus a new covered patio outside. It is estimated at $900,000.

The construction dates on that filing run from Feb. 7, 2028, to June 16, 2028, much later than the other two projects. The filing does not explain the timing. McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture of Greenville, S.C., is the design firm.

Everbrook Academy

Pershing Development LLC of Fort Worth registered an Everbrook Academy at 2014 W. White St. on Oct. 5. The filing describes a one-story, wood-framed child learning center of 10,190 square feet with a full interior finish package, playground equipment and fencing. It is estimated at $1,019,000, with work listed from Feb. 1 to Nov. 1, 2027. ADA Architects of Lakewood, Ohio, drew the plans.

All three projects are privately funded on private land, and each shows the status "Project Registered" in the database.
