Dallas led 28-24 early in the fourth quarter after Prescott connected with Jake Ferguson for a 19-yard touchdown and CeeDee Lamb caught the two-point conversion. KaVontae Turpin then scored on a 9-yard run. Baltimore answered with Lamar Jackson's 2-yard touchdown pass to rookie tight end Matt Hibner with 1:30 remaining.
Brandon Aubrey's 23-yard field goal, his third of the game, tied the score at 31 with seven seconds left. Jackson followed with a 27-yard completion to Zay Flowers and called timeout with one second remaining, setting up Loop's winning kick. Javonte Williams ran 19 times for 98 yards and a touchdown, while Lamb had seven catches for 112 yards.
Jackson completed 15 of 20 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns, and Derrick Henry ran for two scores. Dallas fell to 1-2, while Baltimore improved to 2-1.
