Anna, Texas — The Cowboys have added Will Grier to their offensive staff, moving the former quarterback into a coaching post before camp.
Anna-area Cowboys supporters will see the staff move become active when training camp begins next week.
He will now serve on Brian Schottenheimer’s staff, again working in the same organization as Dak Prescott.
The July 24 announcement followed Grier’s retirement from playing. ESPN reported that his decision came July 15 after an offseason spent with the Panthers.
