Second-Half Surge Decides Game
The first quarter ended scoreless, setting the stage for a back-and-forth affair. Oregon State opened the scoring in the second quarter when Jesse Legree caught a 75-yard pass from Braden Atkinson. Texas Tech responded with a one-yard run by Cameron Dickey to take a 14-7 lead into halftime.
The third quarter saw Oregon State tie the game at 21-21. Braden Atkinson found Jesse Legree for a 37-yard touchdown, followed by a successful two-point conversion run by Atkinson. However, Texas Tech regained the lead late in the third quarter when J'Koby Williams rushed 38 yards for a touchdown, putting the Red Raiders up 21-13 before Oregon State pulled even again.
Late Touchdowns Seal Victory

After Oregon State took a 24-21 lead on a 34-yard field goal by Caleb Ojeda, Texas Tech answered with a 32-yard pass from Will Hammond to Coy Eakin. The game-clinching drive came in the final minutes when Thomas Castellanos completed an eight-yard pass to Matt Ludwig for a touchdown.
