Collins has appeared in one game this season, Houston's Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills. He made seven receptions for 75 yards and a touchdown. Houston quarterback C.J. Stroud has taken the Texans to the playoffs, and the team reached the postseason last year before falling to the New England Patriots.
Dallas also faces uncertainty in its defensive backfield. Cobie Durant, Malik Hooker and P.J. Locke will all be unavailable for the Cowboys' Week 3 game against the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil, and their status for the Texans matchup remains unknown.
DaRon Bland and Shavon Revel are currently playing cornerback for Dallas. The Cowboys rank 17th in pass defense, giving up 218 yards per game. Caleb Downs has contributed in the secondary, although the source said the group needs further improvement.
