The City of Anna has announced that all municipal facilities will be closed on Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day. Residents should plan accordingly as the closure affects access to city services during this holiday period.
In addition to facility closures, the city is adjusting its waste management schedule for the week. Trash and recycling collection routes that are normally scheduled for Monday will be picked up on Tuesday, September 8. This one-day shift applies to all affected routes.
Following the makeup collection on Tuesday, regular service schedules will resume for the remainder of the week. Each subsequent day will follow the standard pattern established in the city's normal operations calendar.
