Collin County commissioners approved the disbursement list on Sept. 28, 2026. The register names the City of Anna on check 565833, dated Sept. 17, and labels the payment as third-quarter child-safety fees.
The county’s fiscal 2026 schedule lists a $1.50 vehicle-registration child-safety charge. State law calls for municipalities to receive a population-based share of eligible revenue after permitted county deductions.
