Smalls Sliders is preparing to open a new restaurant in Anna, according to public filings. The franchise, known for its focused menu of cheeseburger sliders, seasoned waffle fries, and milkshakes, will locate at the southeast quadrant of N. Central Expressway.
Construction on the site is scheduled to begin in late August. The project team has set a target completion date of January 2027. Chris Raleigh, the chief executive officer of Serendipity, the North Dallas-based franchise company managing the development, was contacted for comment regarding the specific opening timeline. He did not respond before this report was published.
Raleigh has committed to opening at least five Smalls Sliders locations within the surrounding area. He previously stated that his objective is for the brand to integrate actively into local communities by supporting charities, youth sports leagues, and neighborhood events. He cited the quality of the food as a primary reason for joining the expansion.
This development continues the brand’s rapid growth across Collin County and adjacent markets. Recent openings include locations in McKinney, Arlington, and North Richland Hills. The Anna site represents another step in this regional push.
