The Liberty Hills development in Anna is scheduled to break ground Oct. 1, the Dallas Business Journal reported Sept. 28, citing a media advisory.
Plans for the 866-acre community include more than 1,800 homes and dozens of acres for commercial development. The site is west of U.S. 75.
Home sales are expected to begin in early 2027, according to the report.
