Spence's three homers lift Astros over A's 7-5 in Sacramento

A Three-Homer Outing

Yordan Alvarez and others contributed to a seven-run explosion, but the defining performance belonged to Houston's Spence, who homered three times to help the Astros defeat the Athletics 7-5. Houston took an early lead in the second inning when Spence hit a 429-foot home run to right center, driving in two runs to make it 3-0. Spence closed the game in the ninth with a 351-foot solo homer to right, securing the final score of 7-5.
