The rankings assessed various factors, including pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, and opportunities for professional development. Notable Dallas companies on the list include Texas Instruments, Southwest Airlines, and the American Heart Association.
Irving follows with 13 companies recognized, including Kimberly-Clark and Caterpillar. Plano has five honorees, such as Tyler Technologies and Alkami. Fort Worth is represented by two companies: Farmer Brothers and Pier 1 Imports. Additionally, four companies from other cities in the metroplex made the list, highlighting the diverse economic landscape of the region. For residents of Anna, located about 42 miles north of Dallas, this serves as a reminder of the robust employment market in the area as it heads into the latter part of 2026.
